Advantages:

Большой дом в три этажа. Первый этаж для посиделок, второй этаж - три спальных комнаты с большими кроватями, третий мансардный с тремя большими кроватями, был идеален для детей. Были зимой . Отлично расположилось три семьи с шестью детьми. Во дворе вместилось три машины, две из которых под навесом. Есть бильярд и теннисный стол. Караоке за отдельную плату.

Disadvantages:

В доме требуется обновление ремонта. Двери издают скрип, в некоторых помещениях невозможно открыть окна, сантехнические устройства находятся в нерабочем состоянии — в биде на втором этаже подается только холодная вода из-за неисправного смесителя. Обстановка оставляет желать лучшего — присутствует пыль и паутина, а также неприятный запах у полотенец и постельных принадлежностей.
