Странный отзыв от гостей, которые постоянно продлевали проживание. Если так все плохо, то зачем продлевать? И да, по Вашей просьбе, привезли обогреватель, постоянно меняли постельное белье, приносили дополнительные столовые приборы, хотя Вы потом сами нашли их в достаточном количестве. Ну и тд. долго перечислять не вижу смысла))
