Advantages:

Очень четкие хозяева, всё очень оперативно и мобильно, очень спокойное заселение.

Disadvantages:

Квартира очень пошарпанная, уютной ее не назвать, но пару ночей провести терпимо. Единственная лежанка - раскладной диван - жестковата.
